In this role, you will:
We’re seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the design, build and rollout of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions across the CPG value chain. You’ll own projects end-to-end—from POC and MVP to enterprise production—using Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, and other LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.). Success means scalable, responsible AI that delivers measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities

Architect & b uild GenAI / Agentic AI solutions on Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Services and other LLM platforms.

Design & deploy agentic workflows (tool use, planning, long-term memory, feedback loops) for assistants and automation.

Lead RAG pipelines, embedding retrieval, LLM fine-tuning; ensure model observability and continuous improvement.

Implement MLOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Responsible AI controls for production deployments.

Partner with product, data an d business teams to align technical strategy with commercial outcomes.

Track and evangelize trends in autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration and ethical AI.

Education: Ph.D or Masters in AI/ML or related field
Experience: 13+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI (LLM fine tuning, RAG pipelines, Prompt Optimization), Statistical Analysis, End-to-End Application development pipeline, architectural design, MLOPs, CI/CD Pipelines, Azure, AWS, data migration across cloud platforms, and stakeholder communication capabilities
