About You 

You’re a finance enthusiast with a sharp eye for compliance, a love for detail, and a passion for working cross-functionally. You take ownership of data and outcomes, and you’re known for being precise, proactive, and practical.

We’d love to meet you if you:

  • Have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.

  • Are comfortable working in night shifts from 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.

  • Are early in your career (0–2 years of experience) or a recent graduate looking to break into financial operations.

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Understand basic accounting principles and internal control processes.

  • Have working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) or are eager to learn.

  • Communicate clearly and collaborate well across departments.

  • Have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.

  • Stay calm under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Controlling Analyst I, you will:

  • Process pricing requests, promotions, discounts, and rebates in SAP with accuracy and compliance.

  • Monitor trade allowances (TA) and trade promotions (TP) accounts to ensure clean and accurate financial data.

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports (e.g., TA/TP by client or category, credit note impact) to support decision-making.

  • Coordinate with sales, trade marketing, and finance teams to ensure timely data flow and accurate documentation.

  • Handle credit notes and pricing discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution and accurate accounting.

  • Track and verify rebate accruals and provisions, ensuring alignment with financial policies.

  • Follow internal control processes and assist during audits as needed.

  • Engage with customers when required for documentation such as proof of performance or short payments.

  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and support system enhancements.

  • Deliver accurate, customer-centric support for internal and external stakeholders.
