Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

Regional Reliability Leader is responsible for the successful deployment and adoption of Reliability systems within the IPC segment. He will actively work with Global and Plant teams in providing strategic directions in roll out of Reliability program across the plants. This position is responsible for establishing leadership standards for the personnel associated with maintenance and reliability throughout the IPC segment. Setting the strategy, developing team and leader capabilities. Working with the respective plants in optimization and reduction in maintenance budget year on year , and delivering continuous improvement in asset reliability. Position also ensures Maintenance and Reliability team are leveraging POWER UP (operational excellence) continuous improvement process to drive improvements for plants. Sets objectives for plant reliability and delivers results that have a significant impact on plant reliability and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness. This role requires strong leadership to lead Reliability programs and ability to implement new digital programs and technologies .

  • Safety: Implement loss control throughout the organization by visibly demonstrating that safety is embraced as a value. - Develop and maintain safety systems in accordance with K-C loss control management.

  • Quality: Support improvement initiatives towards process capability and precision maintenance work execution. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Delivery and Cost: Develop the Plant Stores and Reliability team across the IPC segment in meeting the overall performance objectives thru  skill development, and career guidance.

  • Develop, and inspire the reliability team to drive a breakthrough step change in asset performance with a principal focus on equipment reliability resulting in an improvement to safety, quality, OEE, and to reduce maintenance costs to world class levels.

  • Inspire the stores team to continuously drive improvements in safety, quality, inventory level, delivery and cost reduction to best support the plants assets and teams to provide world class service.

  • Work in partnership with the plant facility leadership to achieve facility objectives. Provide governance to all established reliability processes, ensure continual improvement, and build/establish new processes. Ensure we are following standards for all Reliability systems. Determine and track investments in reliability technology, systems and methods to insure maximum ROI.

  • Work in partnership with the staff Reliability and Global Supply Chain Reliability Team to achieve facility and sector/supply chain objectives.

    Champion the maintenance budget process and foster partnerships in the cross functional accountability of adhering to budgetary objectives.

  • Cost: You are responsible for delivering 3% year on year reduction in spending by embracing and fostering a culture of loss prevention and control to drive continuous improvement in the reduction of breakdowns and other losses across the IPC plants asset base.

  • Place emphasis on CFI’s and Internal Controls.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering as such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in  manufacturing systems deployment or related roles.

  • Excellent leadership and change management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience handling BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau to share progress with stakeholders.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across global and local teams.

  • Ability to travel regionally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Maintenance, Engineering and leading  CI programs . Data analytics skills and experience with appropriate tools. Knowledge of AI  and new technologies.

Working Conditions

Office-based with frequent visits to regional manufacturing sites. Collaborative work environment with global and regional teams.
