Kimberly-Clark is seeking a team-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Regional Americas Fleet Manager. This role involves managing and coordinating the regional Car Fleet program for the Americas Fleet (Drive SMART) program, encompassing a full range of strategic and operational tasks and objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Manage and coach Americas fleet internal and external resources and handle day-to-day fleet management operational tasks in a set of countries in the Americas region, where required.
- Serve as the key regional point of contact for the organization regarding fleet/mobility support.
- Provide fleet/mobility guidance in accordance with regional regulations.
- Formulate improvement processes by monitoring, identifying, recording, advising, and following up on bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Act as a management advisor regarding supplier strategy and innovations in the fleet program.
- Own and participate in all fleet/mobility projects (e.g., Americas policy, electrification, etc.)
- Be responsible for regional supplier management, including manage KPIs and oversee fleet/mobility cost and approve invoices and purchase orders for all fleet-related suppliers.
- Own the relationship with other corporate functions (e.g., Global Leases, Risk Management, Account Payables) for the Americas region.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 8 years of corporate Fleet management services and/or operations & program management
- Excellent written and spoken English, with proficiency in at least one additional language (Spanish or Portuguese).
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Active listening and Active questioning
- Ability to act independently, organize workload, set priorities, work well under deadline pressures, adapt to change, and handle confidential material.
