As the Digital Innovation Leader for International Family Care and Professional (IFP), you will have a chance to make a real impact by imagining and inventing the future, co-creating it with Business stakeholders, and executing MVPs & Pilots.
This is a critical role reporting into the Director of Digital Marketing in IFP, working across both consumer and professional to help infuse human-inspired digital innovation into the life of our market-leading brands, and in service of our consumers, customers and the business.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage IFP’s AI and Generative AI program, identifying and prioritizing high-impact use cases.

Translate AI opportunities into business value within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

Build and maintain a pipeline of innovation initiatives, supported by business cases.

Develop and deliver GenAI training programs across the global IFP organization.

Design and implement digital customer experience (CX) strategies aligned with business goals.

Identify and enhance key consumer touchpoints to improve CX outcomes.

Drive ideation, pilots, and proof-of-concepts for new digital capabilities.

Collaborate with digital marketing and engineering teams to execute and scale innovation pilots.

Define KPIs and success metrics; present pilot outcomes to leadership.

Partner with business leaders to align digital innovation with strategic priorities.

Scout and evaluate emerging technologies and startup partnerships.

Build a network of external innovation partners and thought leaders.

Promote a culture of innovation through events, mentoring, and capability-building.

Act as a digital mentor and intrapreneur, driving disruptive innovation across the segment.

Bachelor's degree is required; Extensive experience working in the digital and/or innovation space

Experience managing and driving innovation projects or experience working in an innovation lab environment

Strong understanding of business strategy, deep technology skills and a creative mindset

Prior proven experience with early or growth stage start-up, or experience providing advisory/mentorship of start-ups

Strong, active regional/local ecosystems linkage (e.g. Start-ups, Founders, VCs, Incubators, Accelerators, Academia)

Skilled at managing stakeholders (internal or external), presenting & defending business cases for new ideas & initiatives

Excellent relationship building skills (collaboration, facilitation, communication), and the ability to effectively engage business team members; Effectively manage ambiguity, uncertainty, change and conflict

Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory

Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
