Better Care for a Better World starts from the inside. Our ERG (Employee Resource Group), SALUTE is a group of Veterans and supporters that continue to work to improve the lives of Veterans by recruiting Veteran talent, providing benefit education, and doing good works for Veterans in our community.

The SALUTE ERG has 800+ members spans 23 sites to form a community of veterans and veteran supporters with common goals and interests. SALUTE supports veterans, National Guard & Reserves, and family members in times of need. SALUTE site teams pursue recognition, fundraising, and community activities at the local level to support veterans in their communities.

This prestigious award recognizes exceptional employer support of National Guard and Reserve members. We are honored to be among the 30 finalists, selected from 1,758 nominations from across the United States and its territories. At Kimberly-Clark, we value and support our employees' military service, and we are committed to playing a critical role in the readiness, retention, and success of our National Guard and Reserve forces.
